Schonbekonly.com will accept payment in the form of a check, though these purchases must be completed by phone only. For purchases paid by check, in stock items will not be shipped, and special order items will not be ordered from the respective manufacturers, until the check has cleared.

Shipping:

Schonbekonly.com offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $99.00 which do not necessitate shipment via truck (i.e. which do not exceed UPS size limitations) to the contiguous 48 United States. If trucking charges apply, you will be notified before your order is confirmed. Orders over $1000.00 will be free of shipping charges, without restriction. Please contact Customer Service for shipping quotes to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. Expedited shipping options are available upon request. Orders less than $99.00 will incur a standard shipping and handling charge of $15.00. Orders cannot be combined for the purpose of our free shipping offer. We cannot deliver orders to P.O. Box Addresses. Freight charges for shipments to Canada will be considered on a case by case basis. Wherever possible, we will try to absorb shipping charges. Schonbekonly.com is not responsible for any taxes or duties, including brokerage and customs fees that are associated with any purchase. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and may appear on billing statements up to 90 days beyond the date of final delivery. Product lead times for non-stocked items are quoted according to the typical availability and shipping times of the manufacturer. Only the manufacturer can guarantee lead times with certainty.

Returns:

Please choose your purchase carefully and review your request for finish, crystal quality, etc., before remitting your order, as returned items are subject to factory restocking, and shipping charges. Schonbekonly.com will accept returns on unaltered and uninstalled merchandise purchased through Schonbekonly.com up to 30 days beyond receipt. Non-special order items will incur a factory assessed restocking fee of 25%, plus all shipping charges. Special order items (custom finish, size, etc.) may not be returned. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from our customer service group. All shipping costs of undamaged and non-defective merchandise will be deducted from your refund amount. If you have received damaged merchandise, please contact us immediately by e-mail to service@schonbekonly.com or by phone at 800 52-LITES. Replacement parts and glass are usually available to ship within 72 hours of notice. Damages must be reported to us within 10 days of receipt. Damaged items that are reported beyond this time period may be subject to applicable restocking and reshipping fees.

Cancellations:

Cancellation of any item through Schonbekonly.com is available, without penalty, for items that have not shipped from the manufacturer or Schonbekonly.com. Cancellation of any item that has shipped is subject to the applicable round trip shipping and restocking fees outlined in our return policies above. Cancellation is not available for any custom produced item, once production has begun on this item. Schonbekonly.com only bills its customers for the amount of items that have actually shipped. Schonbekonly.com DOES NOT bill customers at the time of purchase, except for special custom orders which require a deposit of 50%. Rather, Schonbekonly.com will "authorize" the amount of your purchase with the issuing bank of your credit card.That is, upon placing your order, Schonbekonly.com will verify that the amount of your purchase is available in your current credit line. This amount is held against your line of credit, though not actually collected (or "captured") for the period of not more than 30 days.
